Dear Parents,

If you are planning to order a Clonard pack for 2010, and in order to hasten the process of dispatching we draw your attention to the following:

1. If you already have some of the books and you would like a deduction for these, please complete the quote/order form to request a quote, with a fax/email address where we can send the answer. Write the full titles of the books on the back of the order form, which will make processing much easier. No deduction is allowed for any workbooks or work sheets, as they are meant for the child to work in during the course of the year, and should not be available for re-use.
2. Please supply us with a fax or email address to which we can send your quote, because our phone might be engaged or seem to be out of order due to high call volumes during the next few months. By supplying us with all the information required, you will receive your quote back much sooner.
3. When you make payment, either via eft or direct deposit, please remember to add your surname (parent) as the reference, not the grade or your child’s surname. We must also have the completed quote/order form and proof of payment to process your order even though you used our curriculum in 2009. This is a way of updating your details on our system. Our banking details also appear on the quote/order form.
4. Please note that the postage fee has changed. 1 pack R75; 2 packs R100; 3 packs R125. This increase was necessary because all exams for 2009 will be posted by registered post, as a result of the great number of “lost” and “return to sender” exam envelopes we have received back during this year.
5. Should you wish to have your new packs sent by overnight delivery or courier service, please note that this will take 3 to 4 days to process and send out, due to the increase in volume of parcels. No parcel will be sent out on the same day or the day after ordering.
6. If your child is attending a study group/school, we will send the pack direct to the tutorial centre or school if desired, although we do prefer to send it to the parent directly. In any case we must have the parents name and address before sending out any material at all.
