| What information does Clonard require from the parent? | Before we can process your order we need the

| How long does it take to process an order? | It depends on the time of the year. At the busy period from mid-November to March it can take up to a month, at other times 1 to 2 weeks. Home schooling is a growing industry and numbers increase every year. |
| Can parents view the material before purchasing? Where can it be collected? | Material can be viewed or collected at our premises in Kloof (KZN). Please call to make an appointment. |
| Is there any additional charge for postage? | Yes, there will be an additional charge for postage |
| Can the material be sent by courier or speed mail? | Yes, but there will be an additional cost for this service. During our busiest times, it might take up to three days to dispatch the orders. |

| Method of payment |
You may choose one of the following methods of payment: 1 All required monies up front 2. Postpone payment of R600 (Grades R to 3) or R1000 (Grades 4 to 9) in respect of exam fees. Exam papers will not be released until this payment has been received. Does not pertain during the months of October when all packs are available at a special rate. |
